The Wisconsin Association of Scholars Fall 2022 Symposium was held at the Concordia University Free Enterprise Center on Sept. 30, 2022. The program featured two speakers, Ryan Owens, Professor of Political Science at UW-Madison and Daniel Kelly, former Justice on the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
